Rymill Coonawarra 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark and ripe with currants, Old Jamaica chocolate, dark cherry, mint and some earthy overtones. On the palate medium to full bodied, thick and smooth with beautiful fine earthy tannins and a good long finish. It’s a lovely balanced wine with no intrusive alcohol and plenty of charm… there is no disputing the quality delivered.
