June Traminer

Botrytis Gewurztraminer

Every few years, our small Gewurztraminer vineyard is affected by naturally occurring Botrytis cinerea, and allowed to ripen well into June.

The grapes became highly raisined, with concentrated sugars and citrus flavours, to produce this aromatic, spicy and luscious wine. Known affectionately as a sticky, it provides the perfect finale to a memorable dinner.
